You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns. Please enter your order number, otherwise your return cannot be identified and processed. Please return your shipment with a receipt as we are not responsible for missing packages.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed.



Products can be returned within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged cannot be refunded.


Once your return has been received and checked, we will email you to let you know that we have received your return. We will also notify you of our approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified time. Refunds can only be made for regular-priced items, unfortunately sales items cannot be refunded.


Exchange & delivery damage
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and the damage cannot be attributed to shipping. Please enter your order number, otherwise your complaint cannot be identified and processed.

For damaged items that have been damaged in shipping, please notify us within 5 days of receipt.
